ONE crowdfunding marketing contractor reports FINALLY being only PARTIALLY paid by "Adventures of Bunny Bravo" film with investor dollars, 5 MONTHS LATE, only AFTER Simka found this site because he Googles himself every 20 minutes or so [Op-Ed]

This may seem unbelievable, but we have some GOOD news for the interested parties still wondering about the ongoing Mychal Simka broken promises that are affecting people worldwide.
We have received a confirmation that one of the vendors in the campaign has been partially paid by way of a settlement! We hope to be informed on whether or not the payment actually clears, or if it is maliciously cancelled.

In the settlement, the vendor suffered a $30k equity hit ("revenue participation rights", as the contract calls it - drawn up by a well-known Crowdfunding lawyer who should've known better, c'mon). Even though the vendor already waited 6 months of sleepless nights worried about whether Simka would fork over the cash so they can pay their team -- they also had to be further victimized by "settling out of court" at $2,500 less in cash - a 63.8% reduction from the original contract with Mychal Simka (when you take into account the equity they should've received).
To make matters even worse for this victim that recently settled with Mychal, it turns out that they had to pay most of the funds they received to one of their sub-contracted social media agencies, which led the Bunny Bravo crowdfunding digital advertising component for its client (the contractor).
This sub-contractor is one of dozens of contributors sharing their stories with this web site, and was kind enough to share their Mychal Simka experience with us.
Upon our request, the subcontractor was able to provide the Slack screenshots that have been published here on this web site, along with other information showing just how scary Mychal Simka can be.

I guess the old idiom “fake it til you make it” has crossed over into crowdfunding, where @MychalSimka told Bunny Bravo investors that he was the brain behind “Birds of Paradise”. Wrong, #deceptive and downright sick. It was a @Lionsgate / @GrindstoneEnt film NOT @SimkaEnt pic.twitter.com/vTS6wQHtnX— JOBS Act Title III Predatory Financing (@RegCF) December 13, 2017
